Michael and Sheila's big adventure
Monday January 25, Sheila and I are sitting having our second cup of coffee and watching the rain. We've just had breakfast. It's 11:45. You gotta love retirement. We've been having a great time lately. We've been getting up late, having coffee, often before getting out of bed, then planning our day. We've been playing golf sometimes as often as three times but at least once a week. Sheila has just taken up the game, and she loves it. We spent the last week living in Emily and Marshall's newly purchased home. It's a lovely place with lots of potential, but it needs work. So I'm helping them out. We're renovating the master bath, expanding a closet, and doing finish work in the garage. Sheila and I slept for the better part of a week on the floor on an air bed. Right now we're putting the final touches on our plans to travel in Europe for two months. We've purchased airline tickets, eurail passes, bought luggage and travel clothing, made reservations for lodging. We're excited. We'll be traveling through Italy, Germany, Austria,Czechoslovakia, Holland, Belgium, France, and England. Wow! Michael and Sheila's big adventure. Stay tuned for regular updates.

Rich is all stoked because this week he's skiing, fishing, & golfing - does his life get any better? Maybe going to Europe with the Chiltonians! Keep the info coming! Love & hugs to you.
